- Upgrading to a higher-grade raw silk (for example, 60 count to 80 count) will cost extra. The final look and drape may change.
- Fabric thickness or transparency cannot be disputed later.
- Photos from shoots or campaigns may look different from the actual outfit due to lighting or screen differences. Online images are not exact for color matching.
- Colors may vary from screen to screen. For true color, texture, and finish, visit us in person.
- Sizes chosen online are your responsibility. Reference garments are accepted only if their embroidery and structure match our design.
- Loose or layered outfits cannot be resized drastically or altered by cutting into embroidery. Layers must stay as designed.
- Front-open, off-shoulder, draped, or layered outfits cannot be changed into closed or simple neck styles.
- Adjusting the length or flare of capes or loose fits may change their overall look.
- Base fabric color, Embroidery thread colour and changes can be made if need to add or take away the patchwork or motif but entire design will not be changed. Please contact us for details.
- Silk pants or trousers are unlined. Lighter colors may appear sheer, which is the client’s responsibility.
- Changing the base fabric may affect the outfit’s fall and overall look. The brand cannot guarantee the same result.
- All customizations cost extra and will be confirmed after review by our team.
